MISSED APPOINTMENTS REALLY DAMAGE OUR BUSINESS. IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, 50% OF THE VALUE OF YOUR SERVICE WILL BE PAYABLE. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 100% OF THE SERVICE IS PAYABLE.
USING OUR CUT & STYLE SERVICE ENTITLES YOU TO TWO FREE FRINGE TRIMS BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS. ANY ADDITIONAL FRINGE TRIMS COME AT THE NORMAL PRICE.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR RESULT, WE WILL GLADLY CORRECT IT FOR YOU FREE OF CHARGE, REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED. YOU MUST INFORM US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
ANY RETAIL PRODUCTS PURCHASED CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED ONCE OPENED.
CHILDREN’S SERVICES SHOULD BE BOOKED UNDER THE CORRECT AGE OF CHILD AND DAY OF THE WEEK THE SERVICE IS REQUIRED ON.
ANY CUT, COLOUR, PERM, SHAMPOO SERVICE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A STYLE, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE SERVICE.
