Terms & Conditions

  • Missed appointments really damage our business. If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of the value of your service will be payable. If you do not show up for your appointment up to 100% of the service is payable. 
  • Using our Cut & Style service entitles you to two free fringe trims between appointments. Any additional fringe trims come at the normal price.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your result, we will gladly correct it for you free of charge, refunds are not offered. You must inform us within 7 days of your appointment.
  • Any retail products purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened.
  • Children’s services should be booked under the correct age of child and day of the week the service is required on.
  • Any Cut, Colour, Perm, Shampoo service must be accompanied by a Style, unless stated otherwise in the service.
